Here is how I can help!
I have succeeded and fast tracked my career to director level at age 35 as a minority woman in a male dominated industry.
I have mentored many new managers to shine in their new roles.
The succeed the new chapter coaching module I use covers:
Gaining clarity about the new responsibility
Identify the person’s self perceived strength and developing area needs for the new role, collect feedback from the managers and peers.
Plan for actions to succeed in the role
Build support system with the person (internal network, relationship etc.
Follow up on specific work challenges during the coaching period *
* Including a side module when needed on priority and time management
How coaching transforms people
Dedicated 1:1 coaching helps employees set and achieve actionable goals and consistently achieving their best at work. It provides a confidential safe space which allows them to step back and reframe.
Discover and rethink. Confidently tackle challenges and overcome obstacles. Renew purpose and passion. Excel in their role, expand their skills and make informed decisions about their future.
When employees receive the guidance and support they need, they are empowered. When they thrive, employers thrive.
Why is it even more important for the high talent women and minorities at work?
With DE&I raising in all industry, we see more and more minority women get their well deserved promotion (Yay!!), however the excitement can quickly turn 180°, the star employee became a stressed, under delivered individual in just few months.
What happened is: Often we promote our talent by giving them more responsibilities, people management, new initiatives, etc. but without giving them all the support for the transition (except some theory courses). They need to figure out not only the new role, but also dealing with the changes in the wider system.
Make coaching more accessible
The more people can master the foundation of coaching the better the employer will thrive.
My two days “coaching for all” program will help your teams to embed the coaching culture in the organisation and drive for excellence and always show up at their best.
Bonus: the shortcoming of all training is how we apply (or not) what we learnt from the training into our day to day work. Two follow up with the participants as group coaching setup will help to build their confidence and support the model with real life questions and answers.
